Apple has released the official iPadOS 13.1 update to all users sooner than expected on September 30. With some minor upgrades in the system, and fixes errors arising from previous versions. This is a comprehensive list of new changes and features included with this update.

Multitasking

- Tracking alerts in the background now notify you when an app is using your location in the background
