DISABLE BACKGROUND DIMMING WITH SETTINGS
- In Settings (Press Windows + I key combination) > Personalization
- Click the Colors tab > Turn it off in the Transparency effects mode .
After you have completed the above steps, the background image when you log on to Windows 10 will no longer fade. However, the blur or transparent effect of the entire application or settings will disappear. If you just want to turn off dimming when logging in, do the following.
