In Chrome 74 version on Android, Google has added a pretty dark background interface but still not officially for users to experience that must be turned on through some hidden settings.
If you want to try the dark background mode on Chrome Android, you need to install Chrome 74, which is still being released to users, so you may not be in the updated list. You can sideload the APK file or use the Chrome Beta version to try Dark Mode.
After installing Chrome 74, enter chrome: // flags into the address bar, then find the “Android Chrome UI dark mode”and Enable lines.
After enabling Dark mode and restarting the browser, go to Settings -> Dark Mode and turn it on. However, you may need to turn off Chrome several times to make the Dark Mode option effective.
Dark Mode on Chrome Android is still incomplete, so there may be some errors when using it. However, the interface of Chrome after turning on has been turned almost completely dark, from the home page section to the tab switch interface, the installation interface. However, the website still retains its own interface, not switching to Dark mode. In the Chrome Canary version for developers, Google is experimenting with both websites turning black, but there will be errors in font colors and image colors.
