Please backup the data first
- Go to Settings – Apple ID – iCloud – iCloud Sync
- Download the IPSW file for iOS 12.4.1 to your computer, because this is the official version in iOS 12, you must be on 12.4.1 to update to iOS 13 officially

- Connect the device to iTunes via computer
- Click on the iPhone icon displayed on iTunes. Press Shift + Restore iPhone button (with Windows), press Command + Restore iPhone button (with macOS)
